Service
Zoppabox provides an online application for music associations for managing members, repertoire, attendance and sheet music.
Use
The association is itself responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data entered
- The management of sheet music
- Complying with copyright on sheet music
Availability
Zoppabox strives for maximum availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Liability
Zoppabox makes every effort to provide the service and platform as carefully and reliably as possible. Despite this care, it cannot be guaranteed that the service will always function without interruptions, errors or inaccuracies.
The association is responsible for the content it places and manages on the platform itself, insofar as this is created under its direct influence.
Users and affiliated associations are themselves responsible for the content they place, upload or otherwise distribute via the platform. They warrant that this content does not infringe laws and regulations or the rights of third parties.
Zoppabox is not liable for damage arising from:
- The use of the platform by users or associations
- Incorrect, incomplete or unlawful content placed by third parties
- Malfunctions, interruptions or technical problems, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Zoppabox
Zoppabox's liability is limited to the amount the association has paid in the past 12 months.
Zoppabox is not liable for the loss of data, sheet music or records. Associations remain responsible themselves for back-ups of original files.
Beta status
Zoppabox may contain features that are in development. By using the service, the user accepts this beta status. See also the beta disclaimer.
Termination
On termination of the account, data can be deleted on request.
