Zoppabox, based in Weesp, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42058994, attaches great importance to users' privacy. Zoppabox is an application for music associations for managing members, repertoire, attendance and sheet music.
Which data do we process?
On behalf of music associations, we process the following personal data:
- Name
- Email address
- Instrument / section
- Attendance at rehearsals and performances
- Phone number where applicable
We do not process any special categories of personal data.
Purpose of processing
This data is processed solely to enable the functionality of Zoppabox for the music association in question.
Data storage
Zoppabox uses:
- Firebase
- Firebase Storage
These services are provided by Google and meet the GDPR requirements. Data is stored on secure servers within the EU.
Sharing of data
Zoppabox does not share personal data with third parties, except for technical hosting via the services mentioned above.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as the music association uses Zoppabox. On termination, data can be fully deleted on request.
Rights of data subjects
Users have the right to access, rectify and erase their data via their music association.
