This agreement applies between ZoppaBox, hereinafter the “Processor”, and the music association that uses Zoppabox, hereinafter the “Data controller”.
Role of the parties
The music association is the data controller for its members' personal data. Zoppabox acts solely as processor.
Purpose of processing
Zoppabox processes personal data solely to enable the functionality of the application.
Security
Zoppabox uses the security measures of Firebase (Google Cloud), including encrypted storage and access protection.
Sub-processors
Zoppabox uses:
- Google Firebase
- Google Cloud Storage
Confidentiality
The Processor treats all data confidentially.
Data breaches
Any data breaches are reported to the data controller without delay.
